| Legally own ocean view property in San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico |
| Welcome to Vista Del Lagunitas, the Land of Manana |
|
We are an American owned Mexican Corporation with permanent, legal title to 85 beautiful acres on the Sea of Cortez. We combine the best of both worlds with the easy going pace of old Mexico and the thrill of the outdoors right at your doorstep.
Unlike 99% of the developments in Baja, we don't want to pack people in like sardines.
Our huge San Felipe lots offer
privacy and room to do what you want with your land. Unlike the strict rules you will find in
condos or tracts, our CC&R's are based on common sense and respect for our neighbors
and the environment.

Fishing. Period.
What more can we say? With the best surf casting beach in the northern Sea of Cortez only a
mile away, and boat launching right out your front door, not to mention cheap guided fishing
from the local ponga fisherman, the bite is year round. Konsag Island, Grouper Hole and
Corvina Beach are all a short boat ride away. Also large live aboards leave from the marina in
town.
Or, if you prefer, most of the restaurants in town serve catch right off the boats. Not to
mention San Felipe is the shrimp capital of the world. You can get a kilo (2.2 lbs.) of jumbos for
$16 to $18! |
Off-Roaders Welcome!
We are totally into all off road sports! So is San Felipe. We have year round access to the best
off road courses in Baja. This includes access to the official Baja 1000 track less than 1 mile
away! The Baja 500 and San Felipe 250 are very close. All off road vehicles are allowed on the
beaches and even on city streets! How cool is it to ride to town on the beach, cruise down the
street to the world famous "Rockodile" bar, chug a quick cold one to cut the dust, then ride
home down the Baja 1000 track? Bitchen day rides include the villages of Puertocitos and San
Luis Gonzga, 20 and 40 miles respectively. Each has a great little authentic "Cantina" for fish
tacos and cerveza. Also many poker runs and fun rides. |

Did We Mention Ultralights and Private Airplanes?
Right in front of our property, between the parcels and the beach, is a dry lake bed several
hundred feet wide and several miles long. This is a pilots dream. Incredible, unlimited empty
air space and breathtaking coastal and mountain views make this a paradise for ultralight
and private pilots alike. Ultralights have no restrictions. Private pilots entering Mexico must
stop at customs and obey all Mexican laws.
